(Formerly numbered 207.) Examination of synthesis of polymeric materials and their characterization, and basics of 3D printing. Students complete a 3D printing project, in which they select a structure of an existing polymerization catalyst and learn basic CAD skills to transform it into a 3D printed object. Includes literature presentations on current scientific articles. Concurrently scheduled with course C107.
