Development of skill set that is directly translatable to various work environments across chemical industry and other chemistry-related jobs outside of academia. Students build critical thinking skills and learn to work in team on applied chemistry projects. Students are advised to collaborate with campus researchers/experts in humanities, social science, and business/policy fields to improve their communication and project management skills.
