Teaching Anthropology

Designed for graduate students. Required of all new teaching assistants. Workshop/seminar in teaching techniques, including evaluation of each student’s own performance as teaching assistant. Four-day workshop precedes beginning of term, followed by 10-week seminar during term designed to deal with problems and techniques of teaching anthropology. Unit credit may be applied toward full-time equivalence but not toward nine-course requirement for MA.
