(Same as International and Area Studies M7A.) Course M7A is requisite to M7B, which is requisite to M7C. Introduction to Yoruba, one of major languages of West Africa, which is spoken widely throughout southwest Nigeria, Benin, and Togo. Coverage of basic Yoruba grammar, with equal emphasis on reading, writing, conversation, and comprehension.
